Precision and Privacy by Design

Our tool gives you full control over image dimensions and output format, all within your browser.

Multiple Unit Support

Resize your image using familiar units: Pixels (px) for web design, Centimeters (cm), or Inches (in) for printing and documents.

Aspect Ratio Control

Lock the aspect ratio to prevent image distortion, or unlock it for custom, free-form resizing. The original ratio is calculated automatically upon upload.

Client-Side Processing

The image never leaves your browser. All resizing is done locally using the HTML Canvas API, ensuring maximum speed and privacy.

Format Conversion

Convert your image to a new format (JPG, PNG, or WEBP) during the resize process, allowing you to optimize file type and size simultaneously.

Conversion relies on standard pixel densities: one inch is assumed to be 96 pixels (96 DPI). Centimeters are derived from inches (1 inch = 2.54 cm). These are standard assumptions for non-printed digital assets.
We cap the output size at 10,000 pixels (or the equivalent in CM/Inches) to prevent browser crashes due to excessive memory usage during the resizing process, especially on mobile devices.
Maintaining the aspect ratio keeps the image proportions correct. If you resize one dimension (width or height) while the lock is active, the other dimension is automatically calculated to avoid stretching or squeezing the image.
Yes. The image resizing engine is 100% client-side. This means your original image file is never uploaded to any server, guaranteeing your privacy.
